NORCE Gear Reducers – Available Types:
1. MODEL: PA
This model is typically connected directly to the workpeice using a coupling or directly aligned with the driven additional gears with motor, depending on the specific requirements.
2. MODEL: PR
Similar to the PA model, the PR model is generally connected directly to the application via a coupling or through gears. The setup depends on the nature of the operation and installation conditions.
3. MODEL: PORU
This model is typically used in applications requiring vertical power transmission with the output shaft positioned at the top. The motor is mounted on the side, while the output shaft is directed upward. Power can be transmitted directly to the equipment via a coupling or gear system, depending on the application requirements.
4. MODEL: PORD
Designed for applications that require power transmission with the output shaft positioned at the bottom. The motor is mounted on the side, and the output shaft faces downward. The gearbox can be connected directly to the machine using a coupling or gear setup, depending on the installation needs.
5. MODEL: PORU-F / PORD-F (POF)
These models function similarly to the PORU and PORD types, but the key difference lies in the motor mounting system.
PORU-F and PORD-F are designed to directly connect with flange-mounted motors, no couplings required, making installation easier and more space-efficient.
Available in gear ratios from 1:10 to 1:60.
6. MODEL: PRF
This model is based on the PR type, with the main difference being the addition of a flange on the input side, allowing direct connection to a flange-mounted motor without using a coupling or additional gears.
